The broadcaster that brings you First dates and Celebs go dating has another new dating show called Game of Clones, which sees singletons use computer software to create a generated image of their dream partner and then move in with 10 single guys and gals that match that image, they then must eliminate them until they are left with their final match.
In tonight’s episode, which aired on E4 at 19:30 you saw singleton George take the girls to play bubble football, he then chose one lucky girl to spend some time alone with him. He chose Sam who went on to talk about kids (Its only your first date Sam, Slow down).
In the second part of this episode, the girls showed off part of their personalities, we saw a girl who was a crazy cat lady, one that loves her fish and one that gave George a plastic rose (Cringe), but did you know that a poem is a way to a lad’s heart (Laughing Emoji).
In the end of the episode George had to choose two of the Clones to come into the room with him, but what made me cringe was he texted them (I would have gone off my head if someone did that me).
I am a lover of dating shows like First Dates but I am not sure about Game of Clones, I feel like it’s too cringe and in my opinion, to have 10 guys and gals that practically look like each other (Okay, Half of them don’t) is to cringe for me.
Do I think a second series will be commissioned, HELL NO! I don’t even know why E4 are airing it now, but this will be the first and only time I will be watching this car crash cringey TV show!
