Brad And Matt O’Neill Review Celebs Go Dating.
Hello celebrity dating agency fans, it’s Brad and Matt O’Neill talking everything ‘Celebs Go Dating’ as week one draws to a close. One disclaimer about this article, Stop reading if you don’t like Nadia as we will be gushing about her and the ‘charmin arm’ at any given moment. After loving last years series we both couldn’t wait to see who E4 had rustled up to join this years show. Tom, Eden and Queen Nadia are back with a brand new agency, and boy are we glad to see them all together again.
Joey is the first through the door tonight to debrief to the agents about his last date, If joey and Tom don’t get together by the end it will be a shame, let’s all start making TOEY a thing.
Rob Beckett is also back and damn hilarious. We used to watch him on ‘I’m A Celeb’ and never thought anything of him, but now he has us belly laughing even when he breathes. Fernes arrived to spill the beans about her awkward date with Liam (The Banker) and in her words he is totally off key. Ferne is one of our favourite celebrities however she isn’t doing herself any favours on this show with most people hailing her a ‘Golddigger’ and not the Kanye westkind.
Joey’s edgy date Sarah was late to the table and so was her personality. The only thing edgy about her was the choice of starter, Olives. Joey eventually got pied by this Candian edge machine as he wasn’t on her wave length. we think we prefer watching Joey flirt with the cougar horse lady.
Bear is one of the most infuriating celebs on TV but boy is he entertaining. After walking out on his third date before the Garlic bread hit the table it just proves how much of an idiot he really is ( We would write curse words however our mother reads this). Bear arrives at the agency for a showdown with Nadia and Eden and God help Eden in a room with these two fire crackers. Tom is even disappointed with him which is like upsetting the smile emoji (It just doesn’t happen) you know Bear is going down. The music is tense, the lighting is bright and the Queen goes in. Nadia and Eden will give up on Bear unless he is willing to treat women with respect. Everyone can see through him as Bear wants to find love as much as Tony Blair wants Brexit, just never going to happen. I feel like Nadia has rubbed some sass onto Eden as he’s found a new lease of life this season showing he is as powerful of the sass guru herself.
The funniest part of the episode was seeing Ferne travelling in first class on a train, there’s nothing wrong with liking the finer things in life but this girl pushes the boat out (on someone else’s credit card). She packed herself an adult colouring book which is more up Perries street. Ferne finally arrives and orders a white girl porn star martini, don’t get too excited it’s a drink even though it sounds like some sort of position you’d see in an hdpornvideo film. Boy does she need it with what’s about to happen. Her date arrives and it all goes down hill from there. Firstly his face is so shiny, he either works in a chippy or exfoliates with candle wax. This guy is either high or unstable. This is the most uncomfortable date we have ever seen and then he went there. It’s one thing taking the Michael Jacksonout of her accent, then BIG LEGS. Ferne just run. Nadia where the hell did you find this guy.
Perrie is usually hard to write about as he is a very normal, bland character however his date just had me in stitches. It all started as a classic Perrie snooze fest and then BAM, she hit him with the S Bomb. His date seemingly changed her dialogue from sweet girl, to Eddie Stobbart Trucker using all the colourful language under the sun. Perrie obviously didn’t warm to this and ended the date swiftly after that (I’m sure he got home for story time).
In conclusion we feel celebs go dating should be on every night of the week, 365 days a year. The show is different and entertaining which beats the news at ten. The biggest positive however is my Nadia who we both adore with all our hearts. If the show continues to entertain season after season then it will be on for many years to come. We hope you liked reading our column, stay tuned for more from us in the future. The Nadia fan club ??
